Vertex Vitality LLC operates this storefront and coordinates access to independent US-licensed pharmacies and healthcare providers. We are not a pharmacy or a medical practice, and we do not provide medical advice. Medical services, prescriptions, and dispensing are provided by independent licensed professionals.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By placing an order you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are purchasing for personal, lawful use.

Certain products require a consultation with, and a prescription from, a licensed provider. Where a product is prescription-only, your order is not fulfilled until an independent licensed provider reviews your intake and, at their sole clinical discretion, issues a prescription. A provider may decline to prescribe. A consultation fee, where shown at checkout, is for the provider's review and is separate from the product price.

Some products are compounded or supplied for research purposes and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA. You are responsible for using all products lawfully and in accordance with any instructions provided.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected error, fraud, or unavailability. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider; by submitting an order you authorize the charge for the product(s), any applicable consultation fee, taxes, and shipping.

Products ship to addresses within the United States. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Temperature-sensitive items are packed for transit; follow any storage and handling instructions on arrival.

For safety reasons, prescription and compounded products generally cannot be returned once shipped. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to make it right. Consultation fees are non-refundable once the provider review has occurred.

You agree not to misuse the Services, resell products, provide false information, or use the Services in violation of any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

The Services and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on this site is medical advice; consult a qualified provider about your specific situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vertex Vitality LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes appear on this page, and your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
